Return Policy
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

- We accept exchanges for a different size or colour within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@gorillaarmy.ca with a photo of the item and your order number.
